GFR – Gesellschaft für Regelungstechnik und Energieeinsparung mbH was founded on 1st January 1978 in Verl.
As one of the leading providers in the industry, we develop and distribute innovative system solutions for building management and energy management, as well as for building automation and room automation, together with branches, subsidiaries and partner companies throughout Germany, Europe and worldwide.
Our company is certified according to the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008.
The in-house development department always ensures the timely integration of modern technologies into proven structures with targeted and quick reactions. The open, modular system architecture of the GFR product lines also allows for economic growth. GFR customers thus use a decisive advantage: investment security.
The managing director of GFR mbH is Dipl.-Ing. V. Westerheide. Today we employ more than 260 people.

Since 1995 GFR has been part of the WIEDEMANN group of companies in Sarstedt. WIEDEMANN is one of the leading suppliers in the fields of building services and industrial supplies.
