Our wide range of applications at a glance:

– Microprocessor-controlled vacuum technology with up to 15 bar overpressure cooling capacity for hardening, low-pressure carburizing and various annealing treatments
– nitriding and nitrocarburizing with and without oxidation in the plasma
– protective gas technology with carburizing, case hardening and carbonitriding as well as all annealing treatments; Nitrocarburizing according to SINIT and SINOX procedures
– Salt bath processes for neutral and partial hardening, case hardening, carburizing and nitrocarburizing processes such as TENIFER, TENIFER Q and TENIFER QPQ
– Special treatment procedures such as freezing and aging, trial treatments, sampling, development and materials advice.

We also manufacture tools and drawing-related components in one-off production or small series for you in our own production. We use state-of-the-art mechanical processing machines and, of course, the technology and know-how of our in-house hardening shop. You get the optimal product for your purpose in the best execution and quality “made in Germany”. Whether shredders and tools for the recycling industry, turning tools or your special customer request – we design and manufacture it for you!

We pass on our expertise and the knowledge gained from decades of practical experience to our customers in seminars. In our own training rooms, we teach the basics of heat treatment and modern processing options in machining.
In addition, we care intensively for qualified young skilled workers – Apprentices from the 2nd year of apprenticeship onwards are taught the fundamentals of the theory and practice of heat treatment.
