As an innovation specialist and success accelerator, I accompany people and companies in the industrial environment (like a mountain guide) to their ambitious goals. MBE stands for the 3 possible types of collaboration that my clients appreciate about me:
M = Management: I am ready to implement all suggestions, concepts and to lead the internal team.
B = Counseling: Sometimes the “decision maker” within the company simply needs a neutral, qualified discussion partner to reflect their own thoughts on difficult decisions or for additional impulses.
E = Education: As a trainer for executives in the field of “strategy, project management and sales” I train individual topics and individual small groups from the group to the middle class.

This curiosity drove me not only several times across the Sahara and the Amazon, on 5000m high mountains, in the deepest jungle and to people in exotic cultures, but also in many interesting leadership positions from development, project management, to distribution on the international Stage for capital goods. My inner drive? Always on the lookout for the optimal position for the respective situation, in order to be able to complete it successfully and pass on the learned.

It is this philosophy that drives me to bring you and your employees from the comfort zone into the growth zone and to work with you to develop new perspectives and experiences. This curiosity and experience helps me to understand your business.
