About us
The company “Godfrey & Wing GmbH” is the European subsidiary of “Godfrey & Wing Inc”, based in Aurora (Ohio).
Godfrey & Wing Gmbh is responsible for the support and expansion of the European clientele.

Godfrey & Wing Inc. has been dealing with impregnation since 1949 (and thus much longer than any other European supplier) and therefore has extensive experience in this field.
Everything began as a pure contract service provider, which sealed the workpieces of the numerous well-known customers from the most different areas (automotive, aerospace …) in the wage.
Numerous large engine and transmission programs have been successfully sealed for many years by means of extensive know-how.

In the course of time one developed to a full supplier in the field of the impregnation and thus one can let today not only impregnate workpieces in the wage, but also impregnation plants and impregnating means of the company Godfrey & Wing refer.

In terms of plant technology, CFI technology provides us with a patented, unique technology that finally enables impregnation to be integrated directly into the production line even in lean production environments.
Here, the impregnation process was virtually redefined and developed a “pure process”.
This system eliminates the common sources of error, such as resin residue and handling damage, while reducing throughput times while delivering even better sealing results.
Batch systems and front loaders are also part of our plant program, as these systems also have their respective advantages for specific applications.

Currently we are the only manufacturer and service provider to offer a recycling unit for ALL wastewater in our impregnation plants! We are happy to inform you!

The impregnating agents are constantly being developed and improved.
For example, we currently have four product ranges that more than meet the needs of the impregnation plant operators and the high quality requirements of our customers.
We offer both anaerobic impregnating agents (for example for sintered metals), but also thermosetting resins. Just like all thermo-curing impregnating agents on the market (Maldaner, Ultraseal, Henkel Loctite KID and others), our impregnating agents are also based on methacrylates.

All developments – both in the plant sector as well as in the impregnating agents – are based on the daily experience that we experience in our Lohnimprägnierzentren as plant operators! So we know what we are talking about!
