Schulte-Wiese (a company of the Prange Group), founded in 1957, has many years of experience in the production of drop forgings. Short decision-making and information channels ensure close and efficient implementation of customer-specific wishes. Approximately 75 employees are trained in the latest technology and able to act on their own responsibility. Our well-equipped tool making enable complete manufacturing in-house.
We produce forgings from all common steel grades. Our processing and heat treatment is suitable even for precious and special steels. Schulte-Wiese is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008, DIN EN ISO 14001: 2009, HPQ Rail Vehicles, HPQ Superstructure and AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 and supplies documented safety-related parts. Forged parts with a gross weight of 200g to 120kg and a production length of up to 1,370mm open up a broad spectrum.
