SVS Schweißtechnik GmbH is active in electrical resistance welding technology and has developed into an internationally important manufacturer with considerable market share in the field of electrode materials and electrode milling machines.

The aim of SVS Schweißtechnik GmbH is to develop and manufacture products that meet the individual requirements of customers, to develop solutions for specific applications with them and to provide long-term support for the customer as a reliable partner.

The current market position builds on the experience and knowledge of a whole century in which SVS operates in the field of electrical resistance welding technology. Formerly part of the AEG Group, the company, which has been operating as SVS Schweißtechnik GmbH since 2016, supplies a wide range of products, such as

WIRBALIT® – high-performance electrode materials as the basis for many different applications
Consumables and wear parts for welding technology (e.g., electrodes, spot welding electrodes and contact nozzles)
Electrode milling devices and milling heads

WIRBALIT® – high-performance electrode materials

Under the brand name WIRBALIT®, SVS Schweißtechnik GmbH sells high-performance electrode materials in all common profiles and dimensions as well as in special formats according to customer requirements. Depending on the dimension and shape, the semi-finished product is delivered in drawn, rolled, forged or milled design.

Electrodes – spot welding electrodes – contact nozzles

Electrodes in the field of resistance pressure welding are manufactured in a wide range of geometries and materials as standard parts or custom-made products. Due to our flexible manufacturing structures, individual customer requirements can be fulfilled from a batch size of one lot.
