Westfalia Kunststoffe is a modern, medium-sized company that produces yarns made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and disc coils for rope manufacturers at the Minden site. In doing so, we have adjusted to the wishes and needs of our customers.
We manufacture our fibrillated film yarns in a wide range under the brand name “Polyven soft”. We attach great importance to a consistently high quality. This is ensured by the processing of high quality raw materials according to fixed procedures. We areYarn production at Westfalia Kunststoffe MindenISO 9001 and ISO 50001 certified. Of course, the term “quality” also includes delivery reliability and reliability.
Our customers are at home in different industries. Our film yarns are used in the production of roller shutter belts, ropes, curtain tapes or filter fabrics, to name just a few of the applications.
Geographically, we have not limited ourselves to the German market, but supply customers throughout Europe and overseas.
In all of this, we can look back on a long history dating back to 1935, during which the company has constantly adapted to the changing market and the wishes of its customers. At that time as well as today the quality idea guided us and in the future we will continue to produce “Made in Germany” foil yarns.
