In 1981, two plastics machine experts founded trio-technik Maschinenbau GmbH. The focus was initially on the trade in high-quality conveyor belts. In search of a suitable partner, the cooperation with Crizaf S.r.l. from Italy, one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the field of conveyor belts. In order to optimally meet the requirements of the customers, in-house developed products for the complex tasks of conveyor technology in injection molding machines. The trading house quickly developed into a modern system provider, setting standards with individual and tailor-made customer solutions for transporting and buffering plastic parts from the injection molding machine.

All signs are focused on growth
Today, trio-technik Maschinenbau GmbH is a modern quality provider that has recognized the signs of the times and faces up to the challenges of the present and the future. Consulting and project planning have increasingly become the second pillar of trio-technik Maschinenbau GmbH. Especially in the field of unmanned production, we develop optimized customer solutions. The focus here is on lowering labor costs by increasing machine running times. Automatic buffering enables continuous production around the clock.

In 2005, the product portfolio of trio-technik Maschinenbau GmbH was expanded to include the in-house AirMove system. This is an airflow conveying system for the transport of plastic and metal products. This modular conveyor system is particularly characterized by its use in large conveyor lines and tight spaces. The products are conveyed in closed stainless steel pipes, which can almost completely rule out any contamination of the articles during transport. The AirMove systems are always designed according to customer-specific requirements

Today, in addition to the realization of individual steps, the main goal is the optimization of complete manufacturing processes. We develop successful engineering and automation solutions using current CAD software (AutoCAD / Inventor). Due to the large variety of machine types, for the different disposal options, customized solutions are developed.
