The company WABAMA GmbH has taken over the mechanical engineering of Walter Balz GmbH. Mechanical engineering has been producing automation systems for more than 30 years, in particular winders, unwinders, feeders, punching machines, straighteners, presses and shears. We also manufacture devices and auxiliary devices for measuring technology.
The entire range includes both the fully automatic material supply and the further processing of the products on subsequent machines such as presses, shears or automatic processing and assembly machines. In addition to metal and plastic belts, the area of feed systems and equipment also includes the automatic transport of bars, strips, profiles and wires made of metal, non-ferrous metal, plastic etc. with or without premounting.
The versatility of these machines allows them to significantly increase their performance and productivity. The advantages for operating personnel and machine setters lie essentially in the reduction of physical strain and reduction of the risk of injury.
The optimal use of the mentioned systems and components, taking into account a humane workplace design, has priority at WABAMA.
