SELVE is the world market leader in the field of roller shutter components and a sought-after drive and control specialist in the areas of roller shutters and textile sun protection. Based in Lüdenscheid in the Sauerland, SELVE as a medium-sized family-owned company stands for high competence in the development and production of roller shutter components as well as innovative drives and controls for sun protection. The company was founded in 1866 – more than 150 years ago – at its current location and is still owned by the founding family.

Good employees are our engine
Currently about 225 employees work in Lüdenscheid and in the branch plant in Bad Arolsen. However, in order to further our company’s success, we are always looking for new, motivated employees in the areas of production, administration and product development. Year after year, we also hire new apprentices – both in the technical and commercial areas.
