PROGRAMMING
There are six 3D workstations in our programming room to ensure custom programming in the milling and wire EDM area.
In the milling area, we work with Cimatron, so we can achieve optimal programming for our CNC machines.
For electrode production, two systems are equipped with the “Electrode” add-on module.
The D-CAM software ensures a smooth process flow during wire EDM.
As is known in the region Ostwestfalen-Lippe and beyond as a dynamic, high-performance tool making company.
We mainly manufacture injection molding tools for the technical field, but also video, audio, automotive, advertising, furniture and computer industries are not foreign to us.
Thanks to our well-equipped machinery and our own design department , we can react very flexibly to the wishes of our customers.
Depending on the article, our work area extends up to a tool size of max. 600 x 800 mm. We are also familiar with the manufacture of pre-production tools made of aluminum, 2-component tools, thread turning tools, tandem and stack molds as well as elastomer and thermosetting tools.
