Everything started in the spring of 1988 in the premises of the newly founded development and start-up center EGC. In 1996, they move to their hometown in Kierspe, where 300 m 2 of state-of-the-art solutions are offered for the plastics processing industry.

In recent years, specializing in the central material supply for injection molders. A central material supply results in several savings opportunities for the entrepreneur. The material loss due to the central material task is reduced, the personnel expenditure in the material distribution is reduced and the entire logistics in material disposition improves. With machine centralization, more than 40 SGMs can be controlled, filled and controlled via material stations, dryers and silos. A machine-related piping system leads the material from the central material store via an (automatic) coupling station to the respective injection molding machine. Cleaning valves ensure that the material line is completely empty at every suction cycle. The machine centralization is controlled only by a serial cable, and can be managed completely by a PC if desired. Vonnahme GmbH takes over the complete calculation and installation of the system.

Direct recycling on the injection molding machine reduces warehousing and production costs and thus lightens the economy.
Therefore, Vonnahme GmbH offers a complete package for direct recycling: removal, grinding and immediate feeding of the material to be ground into the production process; consisting of sprue picker, auxiliary mill and suction conveyor with 2-component mixing valve. Also, the injection-molded parts can be removed and stored on a conveyor belt with a low-cost removal device. The sprue is also removed and directly recycled via a Beistellmühle. With the complete periphery on offer, Vonnahme GmbH can cover almost all applications “from a single source”.
From 2014 Mr. Franz Josef Vonnahme handed over the company to Mr. Oliver Sinn. As a result of the economic change, we have changed some branches of business and have since been increasingly involved in automation technology. PTV GmbH has expanded on 01.05.2016 by another new business area.

From now on, we will also be active in the field of acrylic glass processing, composite panel systems and semi-finished products in the plastics and aluminum sectors as a blank or raw material. Peripherie Technik Vonnahme GmbH will soon be celebrating its 30th anniversary.
