These powerful slurry agitators meet all the operational requirements. Our stable construction guarantees highest performance and long service life with low maintenance. The wide range of types ensures the perfect mixing of different liquid manure types for every manure channel or manure tank. Bearings and seals are correspondingly strong and designed for continuous operation:

• highest performance due to dynamically shaped stirring blades

• entire design in stable welded construction

• As far as possible, all parts are galvanized

• smooth running due to balanced impellers

The warehouse technology distinguishes between two types of systems:

• rolling bearings maintenance-free, max. Speed ​​1000 1 / min
• Rolling and plain bearings, max. Speed ​​540 1 / min

Bearing technology type “E” – rolling bearings maintenance-free

The agitator series “E” is equipped with roller bearings. Maintenance-free center bearings (closed deep groove ball bearings 2 RS) and a special sealing system allow the use of the agitator without oil filling. Two shaft seals – in conjunction with grease chambers provide the necessary seal. The shaft seals are mechanically protected against foreign bodies. The bush of the shaft seals is made of high-quality, polished stainless steel. Thus, oxidation of the liner is excluded even during prolonged standstill. The maximum bearing distance of the center bearings is 1500 mm. By this type of storage, it is possible to use the stirrers with 1000 1 / min. For small pit openings it is often advantageous to work with a small agitating blade and 1000 rpm. The agitators type E1-102, E2-102, L-E1, L-E2 are equipped with this bearing technology and approved for 1000 rpm.
