From Bockum-Hövel to the whole world – on the basis of 45,000 different recipes, Hesse produces around 100 tons of varnishes and stains every day. The recipes are constantly being developed in order to meet the dynamic requirements of the market, but especially of environmental protection.
Solvent-free and environmentally friendly qualities are becoming increasingly important. Hesse quality management guarantees the consistently high quality level. The product range extends from colored oil for the parquet layer to paints for interior design and the furniture industry to products for film coating in large-scale industry.

Special focus areas in the strategic product range development are on environmentally friendly water-based paints, modern UV systems and products made of sustainable raw materials. The classic products such as nitrocellulose or solvent-based polyurethane coatings form the foundation.
