About us
As the only nationwide life sciences initiative in the field of tension between students, companies and universities, the btS brings the players to the table. With around 200 events per year and more than 800 members at 25 locations throughout Germany, it is the largest student initiative in the life sciences in Germany and the number one point of contact for building bridges from the laboratory to life.

The diverse range of events ranges from lecture series and workshops to excursions, podium discussions and sports tournaments to the corporate contact fair ScieCon and the science congress ScieTalk. During their studies and their doctoral studies, students gain an overview of the broad spectrum of career opportunities, while at the same time providing companies with the opportunity to present themselves in a target-group-specific manner.
