KKL Klimatechnik-Vertriebs GmbH is a leading service provider and a competent craft company in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration. With around 230 employees, the company not only operates in the NRW region, but also designs and implements projects across Germany that are supervised across disciplines. By cooperating with well-known manufacturers and qualified partners, KKL implements inspiring solutions for private customers and major customers from trade, commerce and industry.

The company was founded in 1987 and today is under the direction of the managing directors Ingo Hoffmann and Patrick Peters. The founding idea, consisting of innovation, motivation, growth and a hands-on mentality, is still firmly rooted in the corporate culture.

Promoting young talent is a key topic for us.

We offer all-round support for our trainees. Our master trainer takes care exclusively of the training, further education, problems and wishes of our trainees. In a modern, state-of-the-art training workshop, trainees build complete refrigeration systems, work out deficits, receive additional training and expert advice, as well as instruction. KKL is currently training 40 young people. The aim is that 100% of the trained at KKL journeymen are taken over by us. In this way we ensure the high qualification of our specialist staff.
