SLV Duisburg
The SLV Duisburg is the largest of 10 welding technology teaching and research institutes in Germany and one of the largest and most important welding institutes in Europe. Around 90 employees, including 25 engineers, are there for you as a contact person.

The annual turnover of SLV Duisburg is distributed as follows:

50% training and exam
30% quality assurance, construction supervision, manufacturer qualifications, destructive and nondestructive testing
20% research and other
For the training are in Duisburg approx. 200 practical training places and more than 600 places in 16 lecture halls available. Another five welding workshops with additional 300 training courses and lecture theaters are located in Essen, Gelsenkirchen, Kamen-Heeren-Werve, Oberhausen, Wesel and Wuppertal.
In all our workshops, an average of 400 participants are constantly instructed in practical welding and metalworking.
