Ralph Kreuzer has been the managing partner of KCC GmbH since 2000. Already in 1989, when the telemarketing industry was still in its infancy, Ralph Kreuzer gained his first experience in the still young call center industry. He developed a passion that remains unbroken until today. He is responsible for the areas of marketing, sales and corporate communication. In addition to these tasks, Mr. Kreuzer is involved in social projects.

Frauke Kreuzer joined the company in 2011. As a pharmaceutical technical assistant and expert in sales psychology in the medical sector, she is responsible for the areas of the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology and health insurance as head of HealthCare. Frauke Kreuzer was born in Bottrop, is married and has three children.
