The company MELLERUD
The white bottle with the red logo – stands for MELLERUD. For over three decades, our customers have combined high-quality products for cleaning, care and protection. Today, over 100 employees in Brüggen on the Lower Rhine produce around 200 special cleaners and care products for the home, garage, workshop and garden, which are far superior to conventional universal cleaners and at the same time protect materials and the environment.

The MELLERUD products are developed and produced according to own recipes in Germany. A dedicated laboratory team monitors the strict adherence to the high quality standards and is constantly working on the development of new and updated existing products “Made in Germany”.

Decades of research and development have made MELLERUD the number one full-range supplier in this market segment. MELLERUD products are available in approximately 3,000 specialist, construction and C & C markets in Germany alone.

The MELLERUD story
“We manufacture state-of-the-art cleaning agents with high efficiency in full awareness of our responsibility for the environment of tomorrow.” Was the motto of the company in its founding year of 1981.

The MELLERUD success story began with the desire to develop particularly efficient cleaning products for special soiling. The first suggestions came from Sweden through business contacts in the cleaning and care sector, more precisely from Mellerud, a small town on Sweden’s largest lake, Lake Vänern. This place finally gave its name to the newly founded company: MELLERUD.

The start of MELLERUD fell in the early days of DIY and home improvement stores in Germany. For the first time, a high-quality range of cleaning and care products was also available to the end user with which the large number of materials in the home and garden could be professionally cleaned, cared for and protected.

Today, MELLERUD has become a coveted brand. More and more consumers are reaching for the white bottles with the red logo.
