For the development and production of our highly complex products, we need technically flawlessly functioning equipment. They are an important part of the smooth running of our manufacturing processes and play a crucial role in the quality of our products.

The employees of our equipment construction work in close cooperation with our customers to design and produce high quality and customized tools, gauges and welding and assembly devices. They work with modern simulation and software programs that enable them to develop innovative and complex manufacturing methods.

Engineering

In the development and planning phase of a new project, our equipment construction tests the manufacturability of bodywork and chassis components. With the help of modern software, planned production processes are virtually developed and checked on the screen by the creation of forming simulations in order to ensure the feasibility before a project starts. Together with the internal contact persons, an optimization of the process sequence and the resources can already be implemented on the computer. This saves costs and the use of unnecessary resources.

Tooling

For the production of our products, our company needs a variety of different tools. The development, care and maintenance of these resources is carried out by our in-house toolmaking department. State-of-the-art technology as well as the experience and know-how of our employees are an important resource to keep the equipment in perfect condition. Using state-of-the-art milling centers, wire erosion equipment, tryout presses and tactile and optical measurement systems, the team is able to tailor follow-on, transfer and line tools for steel and aluminum products as well as cooled press hardening tools for our state-of-the-art press lines.

In the field of fixture construction, our employees develop and build welding and assembly fixtures, gauges and automation systems for our various production areas.
