Who are we?

INTRAVIS GmbH has been one of the world market leaders for optical inspection systems in special niches of the plastic packaging industry for 25 years. True to our motto “We solve problems. Before they arise. “We offer our customers around the world a comprehensive package: We develop, manufacture and deliver turnkey test systems for plastic packaging and are always available to our customers after commissioning with our service team.

Our portfolio is diversified so that we can serve a wide range of product types from our customers. Whether closures, bottles, preforms, labels or other plastic containers and their decorations – with our systems, the quality of the products can be tested using state-of-the-art camera solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. The core of our systems is the software developed in-house by us.

Where are we sitting?

Our headquarter including production is located in Aachen. In addition, we have two subsidiaries in Atlanta, USA and Shanghai, China, as well as numerous sales and service offices around the world, serving our worldwide clientele.

Who works with us?

The key to our success is our competent and committed employees, who set great things in motion every day. The professional backgrounds of our approximately 200 employees are just as varied as the company divisions and the day-to-day work at INTRAVIS. Engineers, technicians, computer scientists, electrical engineers and commercial employees work closely together. With their dedication and passion at work, they make INTRAVIS GmbH what it is today: a global player in the industry.

What is our mission?

We solve problems before they arise by identifying harmful quality trends in production very early. This applies to our customers as well as to ourselves. That is why we not only partner with our customers, but also with our suppliers and employees, thus making full use of potential. For us, quality inspection is not just troubleshooting, but error prevention – internally and externally.
