Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
according to the company LG Energy Solution there are indications of a possible error behavior of your storage system. Based on this knowledge, LG Energy Solution has started a free inspection and exchange campaign.
So that we can take over this exchange campaign for you, we first need the serial number of your energy storage system. You can find this on a white sticker on your storage unit (on the side where the cables lead into the storage unit). As soon as you have sent us this serial number with your customer number, we will contact LG Energy Solution and organize all further steps. If you have already sent us the serial number, no further action is necessary on your part.
The replacement of your storage system will begin in October 2021 at the earliest. As soon as we receive more information about the further measures, we will contact you.
Please don’t worry: your storage system has been limited to 75% SOC to be on the safe side. The entire effort is of course free of charge for you and you will receive a fresh, new guarantee on the replaced memory as an expense allowance.
If your memory is throttled without the right to exchange, please inform us immediately.
