About us
The Georg Utz GmbH is a manufacturer of storage and transport containers, workpiece carriers, pallets and technical customer parts made of plastic.
The plant in Schüttorf is a German subsidiary of the Swiss Georg Utz Holding AG in Bremgarten, about half an hour’s drive from Zurich.
The Georg Utz Group, with branches in Germany, Switzerland, France, England, Poland, the USA, China and Mexico, employs around 1,100 people, more than 550 of them in Schüttorf.

Within the industry, Utz is the provider with the broadest product range.
The product program can be divided into:
• stacking containers
• Space-saving Containers
• pallets
• Large Capacity Feeder
• Transport Systems
• Special application systems
• Technical customer parts.
These products are manufactured by injection molding.
Furthermore, Utz produces custom-made workpiece carriers, produced by thermoforming (deep drawing). If required, technical customer parts can also be produced by thermoforming.
