At present, 36 qualified employees work on a production area of ​​altogether 2000 square meters. The production program is versatile and should accommodate even the most unusual customer requirements. Whatever your needs are, UHE will realize your plans.

In 1932 Erich Uhe founded a craft business specializing in precision mechanics. In 1971, Hermann Strathmann sen. and Renate Strathmann, b. Uhe, the shops in the sense of the founder. Hermann Strathmann jr., Dipl.-Ing. The field of mechanical engineering, already embodies the third generation of the family business and has since January 1, 2003, succeeding Renate Strathmann as managing partner.
For many years we have been a supplier both to well-known industrial companies and to medium-sized businesses with a wide variety of tasks in development, prototyping and jig making, zero, preliminary and series production.
2 master craftsmen and 30 trained precision mechanics work in an area of ​​2000 m². In engineering you have two graduate engineers and a technician at your side.
With the help of our computer system both the commercial and the technical tasks are planned, executed and supervised.
Our manufacturing program includes computer-aided 5-axis milling, turning, drilling, dicing (including aluminum up to 8 mm), welding, gluing, laser cutting, punching, nibbling, bending, measuring, mounting (including pneumatics), etc.

On our CAD / CAM system we can construct, calculate and program the NC controls in 2D and 3D. Here we can program the freeform surfaces of your 5-axle parts. Customer data can be read and processed in IGES, VDAFS and DXF format via e-mail (info@uhe.de).

In 1996, UHE GmbH introduced a quality management system, which was certified by the “QS Zurich AG”. Both the commercial area of ​​the company and the entire production meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008.
