But we at KKF are proud to have special components for the vehicles of the future!

We are known for our aerodynamic plastic components, which reduce the energy consumption of vehicles with conventional drives. These are single-component and multi-component parts with a component weight of up to 9.5 kilograms – for example, when it comes to aerodynamically optimized cW floor groups or wheel housing shells. Some of our products are in the engine compartment, others are visible parts for the exterior. The bigger the better!

Our work usually begins with the plastics-friendly design and material selection and ranges from partially and fully automated assembly lines for smaller assemblies to optimization in series production. We offer a comprehensive service beyond pure injection molding, making us a reliable partner to major automobile manufacturers worldwide. With our optimizations of air resistance and vehicle weight, we also make an important contribution to the realization of marketable electric cars.

A special feature is our pultrusion. The well-known manufacturing process we have developed so that in terms of speed and reproduction accuracy hardly anyone can reach the water! Therefore, our Pultrusion is also interesting for everyday objects, such as the spring strips for GOODSIDE®, a slatted frame with very special ergonomic properties.
