Pulse plasma ® nitrators
are vacuum systems for performing plasma diffusion processes for enrichment of the component surface with nitrogen and / or carbon, with the aim of increasing the wear and corrosion resistance. The PlaTeG pulse plasma ® diffusion processes, in particular pulse plasma ® nitriding (PPN TM ) and pulse plasma ® nitrocarburizing (PPNC TM ), are environmental and resource-saving plasma diffusion processes which provide numerous customer advantages over traditional nitriding process such as salt bath or gas nitriding:

Use of environmentally friendly process gases
flexible treatment temperatures in the range between 350 ° C and 600 ° C (900 ° C)
Possibility of partial treatments by mechanical covers
Treatment of high-alloyed and stainless steel (preservation of corrosion resistance)
