Kegelmann technique 2016
For decades, Kegelmann Technik has been leading the generative production of models, prototypes, tools and end products. For many customers, Kegelmann Technik is fully integrated in the value creation process and plays a key role in the successful development and design of innovative products.
In the entire process chain of additive manufacturing after construction and design, from the model to the close-to-production prototype, Kegelmann Technik focuses on 100% process quality, flexibility and speed.
The certifications according to ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 (Automotive) and EN 9100: 2016 (Aerospace) document this performance advantage in terms of product and process quality.
The tremendous breadth of innovative manufacturing processes under one roof coupled with employees’ technology knowledge acquired over many years provides customers with two unique benefits. On the one hand, there is the certainty that the optimum process in terms of quality, costs and benefits is used at every stage of product development from the idea to the absolute proximity to series production. On the other hand, the huge opportunities and opportunities offered by the many possible combinations of different manufacturing processes.
In this pre-concept phase, we provide designers and product designers with the implementation of an idea into a first tangible visual model with 3D printing, also in color, with the latest ZPrinters from 3DSystems or with Stratasys Objet printers. These 3D printers produce models with complex shapes and the finest details and can process different materials.
After the initial design ideas, the pre-concept phase begins, ie before the concept phase begins for genuine, functional prototypes close to series quality.
We recommend 3D printing when it comes to shortening design processes, communicating the aesthetics of the end product, and improving communication between designers, developers, sales, marketing and decision makers.
