At the beginning of a precision test gas there is the dosage of liquid and gas. Appropriate dosing methods are selected according to the type of fluid in question: volumetric, gravimetric or thermal. The traceability to a primary process is always decisive.

Evaporation must be complete and even. In the event of incomplete evaporation, the vapor concentration would be too low; in the case of uneven evaporation, this would also be the concentration curve over time. Our evaporator systems are precisely tailored to these requirements.

Calibrate

Calibrate
Gas analyzers should ideally be checked with a test gas similar to the measurement gas. In particular, if moisture is an essential component of the measuring gas, it must not be neglected during the check. This is achieved through the dosing and evaporation of aqueous solutions with the HovaCAL ® .
