About us
The balancing is closely connected with the name Schenck since 1907. SCHENCK RoTec GmbH is the world market leader in balancing technology with a market share of over 35%. The division belongs to the global technology group Dürr AG in Stuttgart.
The company generated a business volume of more than 256 million euros worldwide in 2018 with 1,356 employees. At the Darmstadt site alone, more than 500 people are employed today. We operate a total of 7 production sites in Germany, France, USA, China, Japan and India. With over 50 agencies and service centers around the world, we are active in all key markets with regional partners and export to over 110 countries worldwide.
Our machines are located in the production areas of industries as diverse as the automotive and electrical industries, the aerospace industry, the turbomachinery industry and general mechanical engineering. They improve the quality of rotating and oscillating components and assemblies everywhere. Successful balancing requires employees with specialized knowledge, application know-how and interdisciplinary thinking.
