The customer-oriented market policy as well as the feeling for innovative product developments makes it possible to offer a broad and yet specialized product range.
As the trend towards industrial outsourcing continues to increase, Lauer Industrieservice has developed a multi-trade strategy that enables it to handle large-scale projects through one-stop services. Since January 2004 the company has been operating as a technical service provider with a focus on industrial plant engineering.
 In connection with the plant construction, the following additional services are provided: technical building equipment, insulation, façade construction, EMSR and others. offered.
Lauer Industrieservice works with approx. 170 employees as an industrial service provider mainly with works contracting partners in fixed locations.
The company is expanding and offers many challenges. The division into profit centers allows individual employees to contribute their best and with their individual strengths. In doing so, the greatest possible degree of responsibility is given to the individual.
The management puts a special emphasis on the training system. Thus, the company Lauer Industrieservice GmbH with 7 different training occupations is the largest training company in southern Hesse. In 2001, in cooperation with the Chamber of Crafts Rhein-Main and members of the company Lauer Industrieservice an inter-company examination committee for the profession of the Isolierers was formed.
