Horn & Bauer is a leading specialist in the production and refinement of plastic films for functional protection and packaging solutions. We are a medium-sized, internationally operating group of companies with more than 350 employees. Quality, environmental protection and the safety of our customers and employees are the focus of our actions.

We are happy to accompany you from the idea to the production maturity of your film product: Our application engineers work with you to develop the basic product film and create and perfect individual special films or composites that optimize the handling, productivity and safety of your process. In doing so, we use state-of-the-art technologies from various production stages: from extrusion to flexo printing, laminating, slitting, and finishing, we deliver everything from one source.

Our products are made from environmentally friendly raw materials (PE, PP, PA). Our product portfolio includes flexible industrial packaging, protective films and technical films. Industrial packaging is mainly produced for customers in the chemical, medical, engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and food industries. The film material made of different thermoplastics can be extruded either as a single layer or as a composite film from different film layers. Solvent-free lamination turns our films into complex bonds with aluminum, oriented foils made of other plastics or different types of paper.
