Kunz & Meis Holding Driedorf takes over Neutron Geräteechnik GmbH. The owners of Kunz & Meis Holding GmbH, Rainer Kunz and Michael Meis, have acquired 100% of the shares in Neutron Geräteechnik GmbH Mainhausen with effect from September 23, 2015.

The company, which is now operating as SPATRONIC GmbH electronic solutions, is a sensible addition to our group of companies, as it enables sister companies in particular to develop and produce innovative electronic products much faster and more efficiently.
