VIGOT Industrietechnik GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers and manufacturers of ready-to-install hose lines in Germany. The company offers products and services in the business areas of hydraulics, industrial supplies and reeling technology – and is active worldwide. Customers include companies in the shipbuilding, aerospace, chemical and food industry, steelmaking, defense and railway and automotive markets. The traditional company can look back on almost 150 years of company history and today belongs to the Schauenburg Group.

The product portfolio of VIGOT covers the entire range of hose assemblies based on thermoplastics, elastomers or metal. These include fire protection hoses as well as hydraulic hose systems, metal hoses and hose solutions for the offshore or inshore sector. In addition to hose meters, the company also supplies the hose product as a ready-to-install component – which, due to customer requirements, often requires the high-quality refining of hose menswear and fittings.

VIGOT has been approved as an authorized retailer of various classification societies. These include Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, De Norske Veritas, ABS or Rina. VIGOT is entitled to produce hose lines in its own name, to issue certificates and to deliver them to customers, so that no individual acceptance has to be made by a surveyor on site.

In addition there are approvals from the Federal Office for Defense Technology and Procurement (BWB) and from the field of railway technology. The certification according to the superior quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001 gives customers security.

Even though VIGOT acts as a dealer in the market, the company regularly develops its own products – frequently accessing technical expertise within the Schauenburg Group and cooperating with specialist companies in Germany and abroad. Examples include the Maximall S 2000 hose system or the fire protection hoses from VIGOT.

The Maximall S 2000 hose system was developed as a flame-resistant hose system for applications in ship operation technology. It is used in the filling and supply area of ​​ships.
