The Havel metal foam has specialized in the development and production of aluminum foam and aluminum foam sandwiches with the Havel Lite ® series – highly innovative lightweight materials. Together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU, a unique manufacturing technology has been developed with which this novel material can be manufactured industrially. With the versatile product range Havel Lite ®, completely new solutions for lightweight construction can be realized in many industrial sectors.
