WMH Herion has more than 115 years of experience in mechanical engineering. For more than 60 years, the company has successfully produced and distributed components in the field of drive technology. From the first sprocket wheel from 1947 to spur gears and toothed racks all the way to play-free positioning: the name WMH Herion stands for innovative and high-quality products.

The first-class workmanship combined with outstanding flexibility in the area of ​​component and component manufacturing are the basis for the high esteem among customers – throughout Europe and worldwide. In the field of drive technology, the focus is on high-quality drive elements such as precision racks, spur gears and ball screws and worm gear sets. In the field of linear technology, WMH Herion not only offers a wide range of linear guideways for a wide variety of operating conditions, but also positioning systems, linear motor axes and rotary tables as well as electro-lift cylinders with accessories.

The motto “WMH Herion – Part of your Drive!” Underlines the company’s conviction to support its customers in all aspects of drive technology: an extensive stock program ensures the fast and smooth supply of standard elements to our customers. In addition, WMH Herion is your competent partner when it comes to realizing customer-specific drive and linear technology. We make this possible by adapting our standard components as well as special designs and completely individual drive solutions for special tasks.

WMH Herion’s customers receive support in all phases of product realization, especially in complex applications, thanks to the in-house development and design department. In contrast to pure planning or manufacturing companies, our customers thus receive everything from a single source – from the design and calculation over the production of prototypes to the subsequent tests on our own test bench as well as series production. This is precisely for customers who do not have their own development department, the decisive criterion for constructive and partnership cooperation. Selected cooperation partners, such as the University of Applied Sciences in Ingolstadt, continue to demonstrate the innovative power of the company.

At the headquarters in Wolnzach / Upper Bavaria, WMH Herion employs around 100 people. Branch offices are located in England, France, Italy and China. The managing partner of WMH Herion Antriebstechnik GmbH is Claude Herion.
