About us
Our roots and the international orientation
For more than 50 years, we have been planning and realizing capital goods for well-known customers all over the world as a second-generation owner-managed and family-owned company. Our head office is in Martinszell in the Allgäu, our foreign branches in Switzerland and in China.

We offer our clients directly implementable solutions combining technical, sales and commercial expertise in the areas of building technology, switchgear construction, energy technology, automation, plant construction and process technology as well as in applied corporate management. The synergies of our business units (Solutions) create innovative solutions from a single source that bring the desired progress to our customers. From planning to commissioning – the whole is more than the sum of the parts.

We are a team of experienced practitioners and we combine our complete technology know-how under one roof: technical, sales and commercial expertise.

Our contemporary way of working together
We decided to work in a project-oriented and process-oriented way in order to meet the requirements of all customers and social change. The functions of the employees are divided across the company into Solutions (SOL), Project Management (PM), Competence Center (CC) and Controlling Finance Administration (CFA). Our projects place high demands on our interdisciplinary co-operation. Building and maintaining an appreciative corporate culture is our top priority.
