Founded in 1946 as LOWI Chemical Plant, the SI Group produces around 12,500 t of additives (antioxidants and light stabilizers) for the plastics, rubber and adhesives industry at the Waldkraiburg site in conjunction with other production facilities of the SI Group.

The SI Group is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified under the Integrated Quality, Environmental, Safety and Energy Management System. We are committed to the principles of “responsible action” of the German Chemical Industry with the voluntary commitment to continuously improve the protection of health and the environment as well as the safety of our employees and our fellow citizens. The high demands placed on the safety and environmental compatibility of the systems and processes apply throughout the Addivant Group worldwide at all production sites.
