Processing of recycled plastic
The treated material is transported in silos, where mixing of the different material compositions takes place. The plastics are then added to the dosing units, with other materials being metered in as required, for example coloring additives, comminuted production waste, granules, agglomerates or other free-flowing plastic materials.
These recycled recycling plastics are fed to two different production lines:
1. Production of granules
2. Production of molded parts
In granule production, the raw material is modified to order. The application-specific properties depend on the respective field of application, be it for injection molding, extrusion or press technology. During granule production, the materials are constantly monitored.
In-house laboratory: fluidity, moisture, specific density
In the external laboratory: modulus of elasticity, impact strength, tensile strength, polymer composition
The delivery takes place in so-called big-bags with a weight of about 1.1 to. WEWATEC ensures a constant and excellent product quality of the granulates.
