We are committed to the community of farmers and the wishes of our customers.

Therefore, our claim to our products and services can only be the highest. This applies to research, design and development as well as assembly, customer service and consulting. We take the time to undertake elaborate studies, and once more use the technology on our own farms with more than 3,000 ha in the field – to find out for ourselves what we are developing and what we are talking about. We take responsibility in agriculture and share the feelings of our customers – this is our passion.

Because we are farmers ourselves, we are in constant contact with our customers to stay informed about their demands on our products. They are for us motivation, impulse generator and partner at the same time. We seek contact with them and face them with equal rights. We are a forum and a community for farmers, where people talk, try and share with each other to become better and better together. This bond is our backbone and helps us never to forget what we do our job for. We want to advance and inspire agriculture because it gives us wings and gives every farmer the opportunity to make his personal contribution.

When we thought about which slogan would be a perfect match for HORSCH, we quickly came up with “passion for agriculture”. Because the passion described is in each of our products, and it is also behind the actions of every single HORSCH employee. From management to mechanics, everyone in the company lives the passion that turns a simple product into a unique product characterized by innovation and uncompromising quality that can be tailored to the needs of every farmer in every country. “We ourselves are and always have been farmers who deal intensively with the sustainable management of the soil. Farming has a future, and it pays off to work hard for the farmer as well as for the agricultural equipment manufacturer.

Perspectives for the future
Our corporate organization and, above all, our corporate mission statement, which we practice, give us all the opportunity to get involved in the company in accordance with their abilities and to be able to develop and realize their professional as well as personal development.

Modern personnel management supports this continuous development. Sliding working hours, individual personnel development measures, occupational health management as well as the reconciliation of work and family are for us no slogans, but lived processes. This shows, among other things, the holiday care for our employee children.

In accordance with our mission statement, we employ employees and apprentices according to their gifts and abilities, and demand and promote their potential. Training and further education management is therefore an integral part of our sustainable personnel development. The continuous further education takes place both in the technical and methodical, as well as in the social and interpersonal competence. Thus, in addition to the general specialist topics, individually designed qualification measures for employees to support their operational activities in our international company are a matter of course.
