In 1955, the first factory premises in Schwabach were moved in and Gerhard Mazurczak, son of the company founder, joined the company after completing his degree in thermodynamics at the age of 24.
At the young age of 32 years Gerhard Mazurczak took over the sole proprietorship in 1962 as the sole owner due to the death of his 59-year-old father.

In 1990, the sole proprietorship was transformed into a GmbH.
