ARKA Biotechnologie GmbH deals with the sale and distribution of biological and chemical products for water treatment in aquaristics. Our focus is on innovative eco-friendly biotechnology products to improve water quality in fresh and marine aquariums.

The main component of our assortment are the products of the American biotechnology company Ecological Laboratories, for which we have exclusively taken over the European distribution of the aquarium brand MICROBE-LIFT®. MICROBE-LIFT® is the world leader in biological water treatment for aquariums, garden ponds and the industry. The great success of this product line is based on the use of special bacteria as natural recyclers, which are specially developed and produced for their intended use. By combining different bacteria, a wide range of effects is achieved, so that almost all known water problems can be solved in an environmentally sound way. The products of MICROBE-LIFT® are among the most environmentally friendly and natural available to us at present – the application is safe and harmless, all products are non-toxic and biodegradable. The result – clean water, healthy animals and optimal growth.
