Tooling
The quality of the products depends primarily on the tools. In-house toolmaking, all necessary work for maintenance, care and repair of more than 500 existing tools are performed.

Some tools are codified with up to 1 million piece guarantee.

Construction: With Cimatron E we have a CAD / CAM solution that offers special functions especially for tooling (forming technology). (Cooling / demoulding / undercuts / manufacturability / change manager) These features recognize problems in time and guarantee a stable process!
By direct transfer, the CAD data is transferred to our CNC-controlled machines.

Injection molding
Our machine park consists of 20 injection molding machines (electric and hydraulic) with a clamping force of 20 to 200 KN, with a maximum injection weight of approx. 250 g per part.

Almost all machines are equipped with handling systems and connected to a pneumatic conveying system, which pre-desiccates material centrally and independently via pipes to its destination.

The average age of the machines is 5 years and is therefore up to date. (Arburg, Battenfeld and Boy)

Constant new investments in the latest available technology allow us to remain competitive and ensure technological progress.

We process almost all thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers.

Special experience in injection-compression of sight glasses.

Designer (m / w) for injection molds
CNC milling cutter (m / f) with CAD and CAM experience (Cimatron knowledge of advantage)
You should have a completed training as a toolmaker as well as relevant work experience and expertise.
