All Gerband® grades are subject to constant quality monitoring in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and are also subject to regular external inspections by recognized test institutes. This high quality level forms the basis for safe bonding and sealing.
Gerband® adhesive tapes and Gerband® sealants are mainly produced in our own plants in Germany and are based on environmentally friendly raw materials, mostly based on polyacrylates and butyl rubber; they are free of solvents, formaldehyde, chlorine, heavy metals and other home poisons. In addition, the products are resistant to heat and cold, insensitive to moisture or completely waterproof and highly resistant to aging.
