We are a leading manufacturer of brass mouthpieces in the heart of Middle Franconia. Founded in 1971 by Bruno Tilz, the company is now celebrating its 40th anniversary. Following the takeover in 1995 by his daughter Sonja and her husband (who died in 2005) Bruno Denny, the granddaughters of Bruno Tilz, Alexandra Kaluza and Yvonne Denny, have been supporting the company for several years now.

Bruno Tilz himself is still in charge of advising our customers in-house. The efficiency of the advice and the satisfaction of the musicians have spread widely, especially through word of mouth, so that customers from all over Germany as well as abroad come to consultations.

For us, the production is still real manual work. We do not produce mass-produced goods by CNC, but work exclusively with semi-automatic machines. Thus, the production of specially tailored to the blower mouthpieces outside the series is no problem. Constant control during the process allows us to guarantee the quality and precision of our mouthpieces, which our customers value and consider as a cornerstone of their playful success. Time and again we are told that after a mouthpiece adaptation, playing is more fun, stamina and skill are improved, the response is more confident and the sound becomes more brilliant with the instrument.
