SHOVEL DRYER

Paddle dryer
Liquid-laden solids ranging from pasty to free-flowing consistency are dried with ZETTL paddle dryers in an energy-conscious, gentle and environmentally friendly manner. We supply slow and fast running dryers for batch or continuous operation. Vacuum paddle dryers allow gentle drying. With optimized space requirements, a maximum of heat transfer surface is used. Another component is the former BUSS paddle dryer program.

NUTSCHEN / FILTERTROCKNER

Nutsche and filter drier
Agitator nutsche serve the mechanical solid-liquid separation of suspensions with low to high solids content. Suspensions are filtered in batches and the liquid can be separated mechanically by means of vacuum and pressure. In temperature-controlled design, as a filter drier, a mechanical and a solid-liquid separation can be carried out after a mechanical. In a cooled version, crystallization processes are realized.

ROLLER DRYER

Vacuum roller dryers are used for the thermal solid-liquid separation of solutions and suspensions of various consistency and viscosity with low to high solids content. In particular, sticky and adhesion-prone products which can not be processed by other drying methods are very easy to dry with this technique. Vacuum drum dryers allow a very gentle drying, among other things, by extremely short residence times.
