We are a German based company comprised of a team of experienced IT-experts, engineers, metallurgists and commercial experts providing an innovative and user-friendly B2B-online solution to value-in-use pricing for differentiated commodities.

MVS provides exact daily value-in-use prices of a specific commodity. We enable our customers to get a better understanding of the market, identify best prices/ customers and enable them to optimize their product portfolios. We add value to our customer’s businesses on a daily basis by supplying them with the most accurate and transparent information possible. Our global reach enables us to use data from all over world to build our calculations.

MVS formed a commercial partnership with Platts, a leading global energy, metals and agriculture information provider. Under the agreement, Platts and its specialist pricing unit, The Steel Index (TSI), provide a comprehensive set of steel-related price assessments — including the Platts IODEX and TSI 62% Fe iron ore prices, which form an integral part of the custom calculations performed by the MVS application and are extending the global reach of MVS substantially.
