bayme vbm are the employers’ associations of the metal and electrical industry in Bavaria. The aim of our actions is the economic success of our member companies.

We represent the common economic, social and political interests of more than 2,700 member companies and actively shape the economic and socio-political framework conditions.

bayme is the association without collective bargaining coverage
The central task of bayme – Bayerischer Unternehmensverband Metall und Elektro e. V. is the representation of the common macroeconomic, social and political interests of all member companies that have their headquarters or a branch in Bavaria. No collective bargaining coverage is linked to the membership in bayme.

vbm

vbm is the association with collective bargaining coverage. The central task of the vbm – Verband der Bayerischen Metall- und Elektro-Industrie e. V. is the design and negotiation of collective agreements with the trade unions for sustainable and economically sound working conditions.

All members of the vbm are automatically members of the bayme and can use all offered services.
