About us
Arnold & Richter Cine Technik (ARRI) is a globally active group of companies in the film and media industry with around 1,500 employees worldwide. The company was founded in Munich in 1917, where the headquarters are still located today. Other branches exist in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australia.

The ARRI Group consists of the five business units Camera Systems, Lighting, Media, Rental and Medical. ARRI is a leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of camera and lighting systems for the film and television industry with a global sales and service network. In addition, ARRI is an integrated media service provider in the post and co-production and world distribution of films as well as in camera, lighting and stage rental. The Medical business unit focuses on the use of ARRI core technologies in medical technology.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has awarded ARRI 19 scientific and technical awards in recognition of its innovative achievements in the film industry.
