construction
In the construction, the decisive points are set for the producibility and quality of a product. That’s why we construct predominantly in-house – with our own work and process instructions and without the risk of outsourcing of know-how. And since our in-house design department is seamlessly connected to mold-making technology in terms of information technology, the three-dimensional CAD design data can be used directly and without any conversion effort by the machine operators.

Mold
High-quality products are the result of high-quality processes. That is why we at the heart of our company rely on a consistently high level of automation and efficient scheduling. With our high-end measuring machine from Zeiss and our Erowa palletizing system, we are able to provide fast measuring results and maximum accuracy throughout the entire process from design to the finished form. In addition, all work instructions and measurement protocols are automatically recorded by our company-wide ERP system. This leads to a maximum of transparency, quality and efficiency.

administration
Whether in the quotation phase, during implementation or after the completion of a contract – our company-wide uniform software for production and administration keeps our office up-to-date at all times. This not only enables fast and transparent offers on the basis of reliable feasibility analyzes, but also at any time the overview of the status of your project. And since we deal with highly sensitive project data every day, we have rigorously optimized our powerful IT systems for data security – this enables the secure and encrypted transmission of even large amounts of data, the real-time backup of all currently relevant data and long-term data storage within the framework of our multi-level security concept.
