The Swiss family-owned company Bühler is a global supplier of industrial solutions for the processing of staple foods and the production of high-quality materials. Bühler mills convert around 65 percent of the wheat harvested worldwide into flour, and about 50 percent of all cars are made with Bühler die-cast parts. The Business Area Grain Logistics is a leading provider of professional solutions for the management and storage of grain. We offer the optimal solution: For conveying, cleaning, drying, storing or loading and unloading of the most important raw material in the world. In addition, Grain Logistics is the global technology partner in malting plant construction.

Grain Logistics has its competence center in Beilngries. The business unit with further locations in Döbeln near Dresden, Uzwil, Madrid, Delhi and Changzhou in China has around 700 employees. Since September 2010, the former company Schmidt-Seeger belongs to the Bühler Group.
